JTC Reserve List Site at Ubi Road 1 / Ubi Avenue 4 (for Industrial Development) is Now Open for Application
JTC has released the detailed sale conditions for a site at Ubi Road 1 / Ubi Avenue 4 for industrial development. Developers interested in purchasing the site can now apply to JTC for it to be put up for tender.
Land Parcel at Ubi Road 1 / Ubi Avenue 4
The Land Parcel at Ubi Road 1 / Ubi Avenue 4 has a site area of about 1.23 ha and a gross plot ratio of 2.5. The site will have a lease period of 60 years and can be developed for a variety of uses under "Business 1" zoning.
Reserve List System
Under the Government's Reserve List System, a site on the Reserve List would only be put up for tender if a developer's indicated minimum bid price in his application is acceptable to the Government.
