JTC has developed four specialised wafer fabrication parks in Woodlands, Tampines, Pasir Ris, and North Coast, as well as an Advanced Display Park. Totaling about 220 ha, these parks cater to the stringent requirements of wafer fabrication and advanced display companies. All the wafer fabrication parks are equipped and supported with basic infrastructure like power, electricity and roads.
