The 26-ha Airport Logistics Park of Singapore (ALPS) was officially opened in 2003, and is Singapore's first logistics park with Free Trade Zone status. Leveraging on the excellent connectivity and handling efficiency of Changi Airport, lessees and tenants in the Park enjoy quick turnaround for time-sensitive products and services. It also offers reduced cycle times, administrative and manpower costs associated with import and export procedures.
 
ALPS is recognised as a leading player in the industry, and was honoured with the "Logistics Park of the Year" award at the Asia Logistics Awards 2006 for its top-quality park management; excellent customer service; convenient location and access to transportation; first-rate park infrastructure; costs and tax incentives.

Key Customers

Since its launch, an increasing number of logistics players in the industry have recognised the advantages of locating in ALPS. To date, 18-ha of land has been allocated. ALPS is currently home to world-class logistics players like Menlo Worldwide Forwarding Inc, Bax Global Pte Ltd, Nippon Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd, UPS SCS (Singapore) Pte Ltd and DHL Exel Supply Chain Singapore Pte Ltd.
