JTC places great emphasis on innovation and finding creative infrastructure solutions to boost Singapore’s growing industries. 

In 2010, JTC launched the first Request for Proposal to support and finance leading-edge ideas that will create new industrial infrastructure solutions to fuel Singapore’s future growth.  These ideas will help to create value in terms of developing strategic industrial projects to advance Singapore’s economy, and to optimise land use by creating new industrial spaces to meet future industrial land needs.

The two main themes for the 2^nd Request for Proposals are: increasing the plot ratios of buildings in the aerospace and marine industries; and speeding up the construction of roads and electrical sub-stations. The JTC Innovation Fund can support your project, which should have the potential to significantly impact industry advancement, and to generate tangible results for the economy.

Submission for the 2^nd Request for Proposal for the JTC Innovation Fund has closed on 21 June 2011.
