Page Content Singapore, 29 June 2012 – JTC Corporation (JTC) has launched five plots of land at Mandai Link, Tuas South Street 7 & 8, and Plot 3 Tampines Industrial Crescent for sale by public tender today.
- The 2.2 ha Mandai Link site has a lease of 30 years and a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5. It is for Business-2 (“B2”) clean and light development.
- The three sites at Tuas South Street 7 and 8, all zoned B2, range from 0.30 to 0.46 ha in size with a lease of 23 years each and a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.0. These smaller plots with shorter tenure are to help meet the needs of industrialists who prefer to build their own customised facilities.
- The 3.88ha site at Plot 3 Tampines Industrial Crescent has a lease of 30 years, with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.7. The site, zoned B2, is within a bigger wafer fabrication park and is permitted for clean industrial activities that are compatible with the surrounding wafer fabrication operations. Due to the vibration sensitivity of wafer fabrication operations, developers should take note of the special conditions (e.g. vibration control requirements, non-permissible construction methods, prohibited activities, non-land/strata subdivision, etc.) that apply to this site. - Interested developers and industrialists who are interested to apply for the sites can purchase the Developer’s Packet at $107 each (inclusive of GST) from Information Counter, Level 1, The JTC Summit, 8 Jurong Town Hall Road, Singapore 609434.
- Tenders for Mandai Link/Tuas South and Plot 3 Tampines Industrial Crescent will close on 10 August 2012 at 11:00am and 24 August 2012 at 11:00am respectively.
