Whenever business opportunities become available, JTC makes them known to all qualified contractors in Singapore via the GeBIZ website. Tender notices, results and awards are published online and contractors can access the results at the click of a button.
Through the fair system of open tenders, all contractors are given an equal chance to bid for these business opportunities. This also means that JTC gets the best expertise to carry out our projects at the best prices.
JTC invites tenders for revenue and expenditure projects. Expenditure projects specifically refer to new projects to be undertaken, or renovation works needed for existing properties, such as factories and supporting facilities.
From time to time, selected tender notices will also be highlighted on the JTC Corporate Website as well as tenders relating to the Government Land Sales Programme, JTC Concept and Price Tender and Temporary Occupation License. For more information, do visit the respective pages for updates.
