Our Tuas Bay Walk terrace factories are designed to meet the production and research requirements of food companies. Each unit has a total gross floor area of 1,400 sqm spread over two production floors and a mezzanine office for business and management functions. Every unit also has a dedicated kitchen hood shaft, a goods hoist facility and a sheltered loading area.

Alternatively, F&B businesses that want to custom-build their own manufacturing facilities, may avail themselves of JTC’s industrial sites earmarked for food industries at Woodlands East, Tuas and Tuas View.
