Reserve Launch Bank
Industrial land under the various land allocation schemes which were not allocated after their initial launch will be placed into the Reserve Launch Bank (RLB). Industrialists can apply for these available sites.
There are currently no sites available under the Reserve Launch Bank scheme.
Meanwhile, you may also wish to consider other types of JTC land that is available on long-term and short-term leases. For more details, please refer to Frequently Asked Questions.
