MATV and Telecommunication

: Cables for MATV and telephone provided from riser to junction board outside each unit. Horizontal cable trays are provided at corridors for additional MATV cables and telephone cables.

- 2 sets of escalators serving levels one, two, and three.
- 6 lifts serving high-rise zone.
- 6 lifts serving mid-rise zone.

Air-conditioning system : An air purging system (APS) expels stagnant air in the building every morning. All premises have variable air volume (VAV) boxes so that occupants can control room temperature.
Main Entrance Porch : 12.0m high aluminium framed curtain wall with two circular auto sliding doors on level one; and laminated glass skylite over atrium space of the Podium.
Electricity Supply :
- 400 Volts 3 Phase 50 Hz.
- Power allocation 100VA/sqm.
- 3 Standby 1500KVA diesel generators.
