Important Notes:

• Service charge is payable for the maintenance of the common areas to the following standard factory premises: $1.35 psm of land area per month for T9 Type at Tuas Road and Tuas South Steet 5.
• Under the Rental Scheme, land rent is payable monthly in advance, and will be revised on an annual basis to the prevailing JTC land rent with a 5.5% escalation cap.
• Alternatively, under the Purchase Scheme, lessees can opt to pay the land price upfront. Please consult our Marketing Officer for more information.
• Service charge is payable monthly in advance.
• All rates and charges quoted are subject to the prevailing GST.
• The land and building areas are subject to final survey.
• Lessee shall bear and pay Property Tax direct to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
• All electrical installations and connections shall be carried out by the Lessee and at their own expense. Applications are to be made direct to PowerGrid Ltd/SP Services Ltd.
