Land Productivity

JTC encourages industrialists to optimise the use of their land site. High land productivity leads to a reduction in resource wastage, improves production processes and cuts down turnaround time. The higher your land productivity, the greater your cost savings. Land productivity is an important yardstick that is taken into consideration in all applications for JTC facilities.

Land Productivity Calculator

Land productivity measures the wealth generated on a piece of land. It is computed by dividing the total amount of value added (VA) generated by the total amount of land area taken up.

VA measures the difference between gross output and the cost of intermediate inputs used in the production process or service delivery.

Land area measures the total land occupied by a company.

Land Productivity Statistics

We compile and release land productivity statistics on an annual basis to show what companies have done to optimise their land use. The information will show you where you stand and recommend what you should do to make your operations more cost-effective and efficient.
