​​JTC moved into the development of Business Parks in response to emerging industries and businesses involved in technology and value-added knowledge-based activities.

Business Parks provide companies with business locations in a highly-conducive, landscaped environment with lush greenery and abundant open spaces. Easy access to public transportation and security coverage also facilitate efficient operations for these companies. The unique ambience of JTC’s Business Parks not only makes them suitable for creative work and innovation, but also gives businesses an edge when recruiting and retaining professionals and highly-skilled technical staff.

JTC has developed two Business Parks – International Business Park (IBP) in the West and Changi Business Park (CBP) in the East. When fully-developed, these Business Parks will provide employment for about 75,000 skilled workers, helping to position Singapore as Asia’s leading centre for business and technology.
