The Japanese Garden is accessible from the Chinese Garden. Simply cross the majestic Bridge of Double Beauty and be transported from the grandeur of the Chinese Garden to the simplicity of this “Seiwaen”.

The Garden is based on the Japanese gardens of the middle ages, from the Muromachi period (1392 – 1568) to the Momoyama period (1568 – 1615); and adapts the Zen concept, which exudes a sense of peace and tranquility with its minimalist and abstract design.
