STEP 1 DOWNLOAD TENDER DOCUMENTS

You may download the tender documents from the Temporary Occupation Licence page.

STEP 2 FILL IN THE FORM OF TENDER

You are required to fill up the Form of Tender. Please ensure that the form is fully completed. Any incomplete forms will not be considered.

The tender will be opened for a period of TWO (2) weeks.

STEP 3 SUBMIT FORM OF TENDER AND TENDER DEPOSIT

All tenders shall be deposited into the designated tender box by the stipulated closing date and time at the following address:

STEP 4 RECEIPT OF TENDER ACCEPTANCE LETTER

If you are successful in your tender, a tender acceptance letter will be given to you within TWENTY (20) working days from the closing date of the tender. Please note that our acceptance of your tender is subject to clearances from other relevant authorities such as the Central Building Plan Unit (CBPU) and the Public Utilities Board (PUB).
