STEP 1    DOWNLOAD FACTSHEET

STEP 2    FILL IN APPLICATION FORM
You are required to fill up the application form online. Hardcopy submissions will not be considered. Application is open for a period of THREE (3) weeks. You are advised to prepare and submit your application early.

STEP 3    ATTACH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
You are required to submit your supporting documents online. Please limit each file size to 5MB. Hardcopy submissions will not be considered.

STEP 4    SUBMIT APPLICATION DEPOSIT
Applicants are required to submit an application deposit equivalent to one (1) month’s rental. Payment is to be made by cheque, cashier’s order or bank guarantee in favour of "Jurong Town Corporation". Alternatively, you may do so via a bank transfer to JTC's DBS Current Account No. : 003-914959-0

STEP 5    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF APPLICATION
