The Offshore Marine Centre (OMC) represents another innovation by JTC to optimise land use in Singapore.

The 13-ha OMC optimises Singapore's scarce waterfront resources by creatively stretching limited waterfront land supply to meet the growing demand from the marine & offshore industry.

The OMC is also a unique centre with a distinctive advantage that enhances the value proposition of Singapore's marine & offshore sector. It is targeted to host companies in the marine & offshore value chain which are engaged in the manufacturing and fabrication of marine or oil and gas equipment and heavy structures; and loading/unloading and transportation of raw materials or finished products.
