Hence, these estates typically featu​re amenities and essential services, including F&B outlets such as canteens, food courts and eating houses; retail outlets such as hardware vendors, provision shops and convenience stores; medical clinics; as well as office spaces and training rooms.

In line with our estates’ development plans, new properties are continually being built. More retail spaces are always available for lease to product vendors and service providers looking to open a new business or expand their outlets, to cater to the captured market within the industrial estates.
