How do I know if I'm eligible to apply for a Flatted Factory unit? |

You can check your eligibility with the following checklist.

Does your business involve industrial activities? Industrial activities include manufacturing, production, assembly, servicing and R&D. Non-industrial activities include commercial activities, trading, retail and wholesale. For business park activities, refer to Business Park Land.

Does your proposed space utilisation comply with Urban Redevelopment Authority's (URA) 60:40 rule? Under URA's 60:40 rule, you must ensure that:- at least 60% of the gross floor area is to be used only for industrial activities, such as manufacturing, assembly, R&D, ancillary storage and ancillary warehousing only.
- the remaining 40% of the gross floor area may be used as ancillary offices, showrooms, neutral area and communal facilities.
