As Singapore’s key industrial infrastructure innovator, JTC promotes innovation in action. Among its latest key projects is a hub for companies involved in surface engineering. These firms use electroplating and other processes to make metal products more durable – servicing the automobile, electronics, telecommunications and many other industries.

The Surface Engineering Hub is envisioned to be a multi-storey, multi-tenanted facility that will integrate the value chain for surface engineering companies.

To minimise water and carbon footprint at the Surface Engineering Hub, tenants are encouraged to go for sustainable manufacturing. To facilitate this, the Hub will feature environmentally-friendly common services like waste materials recycling, industrial waste water treatment and recycling of treated water.
