As Singapore’s key industrial infrastructure innovator, JTC promotes innovation in action. Among its latest key projects is a complex for companies involved in surface finishing. These firms use electroplating and other processes to make metal products more durable – servicing the automobile, electronics, telecommunications and many other industries.

 

The Surface Finishing Complex is envisioned to be a multi-storey, multi-tenanted facility that will integrate the value chain for surface finishing companies.

 

To minimise water and carbon footprint at the Surface Finishing Complex, tenants are encouraged to go for sustainable manufacturing. To facilitate this, the Complex features environmentally-friendly common services like waste materials recycling, industrial waste water treatment, recycling of treated water, and shared utilities such as industrial gasses.
