Terrace workshops are low-rise, single storey factories with common compound. They are suitable for small businesses which require ground-floor access. Our terrace workshops are located in Jurong, Pioneer Road North, Tuas, Tai Seng, Ubi, Kranji Loop, Pandan Loop and Woodlands Road.

JTC launches terrace workshops on a quarterly basis. Facilities that are launched typically have a tenure of up to 3+3 years. Applicants are assessed based on the strength of their businesses and investment commitments.
