JTC also has two ramp-up blocks with direct vehicular access to the units. Our flatted factories are located in Chia Ping, Woodlands, Ayer Rajah and Jalan Tenteram. They are designed for clean and light businesses which require functionality, production flexibility and space utility. JTC also provides tenants with excellent service back-up and maintenance support allowing companies to focus on their core businesses.
