The Seletar Aerospace Park houses the Business Aviation Complex (BAC), which offers 7 storeys totalling 4,600 sqm of light industrial space to accommodate business aviation companies providing support services such as fixed-based operation, MRO and supply of aircraft parts, chartering, freight forwarding and fleet management. With sizes ranging from 44 to 200 sqm, the BAC allows quick start-up for aerospace companies who wish to have a presence in the park.

The Component Manufacturing and MRO Facility (CMMF) serves as a key Asia-Pacific hub for aircraft component manufacturing and MRO. The 8 units of land-based ready-built factories range from 1,600 to 3,600 sqm, offering functional layout with extended mezzanine floor.
