Fusionopolis Phase 1 is the first integrated work-live-play-learn development in one-north. On top of work spaces, Phase 1 has serviced apartments, a number of enrichment centres, and a 25-m rooftop swimming pool. To cater to the different of the needs of its tenants and business partners, it also offers business and art venues for the booking, namely uniquely-designed Sky Gardens, a 560-seat Genexis Theatre, and various meeting rooms.

 

The Sky Gardens give a bird’s eye view of the surrounding, and are an ideal location to host various networking events.

 

Genexis Theatre is located between the two towers of Fusionopolis Phase 1. Its unique feature lies with its adjustable seats that can be rearranged to create a thrust stage, achieving multi-directional configurations; or be retracted fully to accommodate exhibitions. It aims to bring Performing Arts closer to the one-north community.

 

The meeting rooms, which can accommodate up to 100 people, are available for booking for meetings and other corporate functions.

 

More office spaces with state-of-the-art amenities are currently being constructed to cater to the growing needs of the Fusionopolis community.
