Nepal Hill at one-north comprises 16 black-and-white bungalows that were built in the 1930s. As part of JTC's conservation efforts, the bungalows would be refurbished for adaptive reuse. 

Situated in close proximity to Biopolis and Fusionopolis, and a stone’s throw away from hip dining spots at Rochester Park, Nepal Hill is easily accessible by MRT and well-connected by the public transport network.

The talent development node also spans beyond Nepal Hill. The site is flanked on both sides by an education belt comprising the INSEAD Asia campus and the Nanyang Technological University one-north campus. These two renowned institutes of higher learning form the jewels in the crown for Nepal Hill. ​
