Rochester Park was developed to bring a tranquil and inspiring dining and lifestyle retail environment to one-north’s expanding community. Set within the green surroundings just outside of North Buona Vista Road, its development is part of one-north’s overall plan to preserve 11 black-and-white colonial bungalows that used to house British military officers.

The bungalows were remodelled to suit the use of dining and lifestyle-related establishments without altering the external facades, which were thoughtfully conserved. The result is the preservation of the area’s rustic charms amid a lively and bustling offering of restaurants, cafes, retail and healthcare services.
