JTC launches terrace workshops on a quarterly basis. Facilities that are launched have tenure of up to 3+3 years. Applicants are assessed based on the strength of their businesses and investment commitments.

The following units will be opened for application on 25 November 2011. The closing date for application is 16 December 2011, 4pm. JTC will notify the applicants of the outcome of their applications within 14 WORKING DAYS from the closing date of the launch.
