Hence, these estates typically feature amenities and essential services, including F&B outlets such as canteens, food courts and eating houses; retail outlets such as hardware vendors, provision shops and convenience stores; medical clinics; as well as office spaces and training rooms.

In line with the estates’ development plans, new properties are built or existing spaces are made available for lease to product vendors and service providers looking to open a new business or expand their outlets, to cater to the captured market within the industrial estates.
