Covering 30 hectares, Fusionopolis represents the heart of one-north and the urban epicentre to support multiple synergies between the Infocomm, Media, Physical Science and Engineering industries. Envisioned to be a choice location to create a world class R&D hub, Fusionopolis seeks to co-locate private and public sector research labs, thus allowing private and public institutes to foster innovation, experimentation and collaboration in a vibrant R&D environment. Fusionopolis Phase 5 will be a multi-tenanted facility that provides ready-built spaces to house companies in these industries.

Development of Fusionopolis started in 2003 with Fusionopolis Phase 1 (Connexis and Symbiosis) completed in 2008 as the first work-live-play-learn development in one-north. Followed by Fusionopolis Phase 2B (Solaris) in 2010. Phases 3 and 4 will be completed in 2013 and Phase 2A in 2014.

The site offers easy access to the city centre via the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and is above the one-north MRT station. With the Rochester Park, The Rochester, Holland Village, Ghim Moh and The Star Vista (coming up soon) in the vicinity, tenants in Fusionopolis are well-served by a comprehensive range of amenities and services.
