JTC launches standard factories on a quarterly basis. Facilities are either launched on lease or tenancy. Applicants are assessed based on the company's economic contributions, investment commitments and land optimisation efforts, if applicable.

Applications are typically open for THREE weeks. Applicants are to submit their application during the launch period. JTC will notify the applicants of the outcome of their application EIGHT weeks from the closing date of the launch.
