JTC launches industrial land for temporary use on a quarterly basis. Sites launched under Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL) typically have tenure of up to 3 years.

Applicants are assessed based on bid rent and do not need to fulfill any investment criteria.

Details of the sites available for application is communicated to the public via the JTC website and advertisements in the Classified section of The Straits Times and Lianhe Zaobao.

Application is typically open for TWO weeks. Applicants are to submit their application during the launch period. Please click here for tender procedures. JTC will notify the applicants of the outcome of their application 20 working days from the closure of the launch.
