JTC launches terrace workshops on a quarterly basis. Facilities that are launched have tenure of up to 3+3 years. Applicants are assessed based on the strength of their businesses and investment commitments.
The following units will be available for application on 28 February 2013. The closing date for application is 21 March 2013, 4pm. JTC will notify the applicants of the outcome of their applications within 14 WORKING DAYS from the closing date of the launch.
