Visit our Contact Centre at Level 1 of The JTC Summit and have all your business needs met with our unique brand of personalised service. Whether you are applying for factory space, submitting plans for endorsement, buying season parking tickets or learning more about JTC products, our officers will ensure that every transaction is fast, easy and efficient. 

What’s more, JTC’s Customer Portal, Krypton offers the added convenience of online transactions. Simply log on to Krypton from the convenience of your home or office, or from the e-Kiosks located adjacent to the customer lounge at the JTC Summit building. If you require further assistance, approach any of our counter staff who will happy to be of service to you.

The JTC Contact Centre offers a wide range of counter services including:

  1. Application for flatted factory, standard factory, workshop or warehouse space
  2. Acceptance of offer for JTC facilities and lease management services
  3. Plan consent
  4. Sale and collection of plans
  5. Sale of season parking ticket for JTC-managed carparks
  6. Submission of tenders

To make the most your trip to our Contact Centre, do bear in mind the following instructions for each transaction: 

Application for Flatted Factory, Standard Factory, Workshop or Warehouse space

1. Download an application form from our website.

2. Submit the completed application form together with the relevant documents stated below:

• Central Building Plan Unit and Public Utilities Board clearance form
• Updated copy of the business profile extract from
ACRA
• A copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association
• A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Registration (for sole proprietorship or partnership)
• Product and services brochures, if applicable
• Your company’s latest annual report or audited accounts (last 2 years)
• Your company’s brief and business plan for the next three years
• List of major customers
• Any other relevant information to support the application

Acceptance of offer for JTC facilities and lease management services

1. Submit the Acceptance Letter for your chosen facilities at our Contact Centre.

2. Bring along the documents stated in our letter of offer.

3. Make your payment by Cheque, Cashier's Order or Nets.

Plan Consent

1. JTC offers plan consent services free of charge.

2. If you plan to carry out any major or minor works to your existing JTC premises, you may first submit your plans to JTC for consent as landowner.

3. Bear in mind that certain types of works may require URA’s planning permission and building plan approvals before commencement of construction works.

4. Please submit the following documents when requesting  to have your plans consent:

• A cover letter stating the purpose of the request. The letter must be on your company’s letterhead and endorsed with your company stamp.
• One set of relevant self-declaration
forms
• One set of plans in colour, signed by the lessee or tenant, and Registered Architect or Professional Engineer, if applicable
• One set of floor area calculation plans, if applicable
• One set of structural calculations duly signed by a professional engineer, if applicable
• One set of external perspectives in colour, if applicable
• One set of landscape plans, if applicable

Sale and Collection of Plans

1. Building plans, estate plans and soil bore logs can be purchased online.

2. Our Officers will contact you within 3 working days to advise you on when the plan may be collected.

3. A search fee of $5 per estate, location or discipline (subject to prevailing GST) is payable
.

Sale of Season Parking Ticket for JTC-managed carparks

1. Season parking tickets may be purchased at our Contact Centre or online via JTC's Customer Portal, Krypton.

2. Vehicles with a maximum laden weight of 5000 kg and above, are also required to purchase a a Vehicle Parking Certificate(VPC) from our Contact Centre.

The following documents are required for the walk-in purchase of season parking tickets:

• Application form for season parking ticket:

                       Form 1  - Application for New Season Parking Ticket

• Company's authorisation letter to purchase parking ticket
• Road tax renewal notice (for renewal of VPC only)
• Vehicle log book certifying that the vehicle is registered under the individual or the company

The relevant charges are as follows: 

Motor Cars                                       

Motorcycle

Surface - $65 per month                                     

Surface - $15 per month   

Basement or Multi-Storey - $90  per month            

Basement or Multi-Storey - $17 per month   

 

 

Goods Vehicle*                                  

Night Parking for lorries or buses* - $80 per month   
Max laden weight >= 5000kg

Unladen weight < 1500kg - $65 per month               

 

Unladen weight > 1500kg - $120 per month   

* No containers are allowed

 

 

Vehicle Parking Certificate (VPC) - $6 
Purchase will tie in with the expiry of road tax

Sale and Submission of Tender Documents

1. Tender documents may be purchased at our Contact Centre. The documents are priced according to the tender type.

2. Upon completion of the tender documents, drop them into the designated tender box at our Contact Centre. All tender documents must be submitted to JTC before the closing date
