JTC Corporation (JTC) is always on the lookout for new ideas to intensify its industrial land use and carve out new spaces to fuel Singapore’s future growth. We have set up the JTC Innovation Fund to provide financial support for the development of leading-edge ideas that will help in creating value and optimising land use in the long run.

The JTC Innovation Fund (JTCIF) aims to encourage and support new and innovative industrial space solutions that address the following goals:

1. Optimise, intensify and create new industrial spaces to meet tomorrow's industrial land needs; and
2. Develop or seed strategic industrial projects that are crucial to the advancement of Singapore's economy

We are looking for innovative projects:

• To cluster relevant industries for increased synergies
• To reduce land use for infrastructure, transport networks, buffer zones and other facilities
• To mitigate issues relating to high-rise industrial operations, e.g. goods handling and vibration
