Use of Premises as Registered Address

We will send you the confirmation letter within 3 working days.

Application or Renewal of Season Parking Ticket

We will notify you the outcome of your application within 3 working days. Upon approval, we will send you the season tickets within 5 working days.

Replacement of Season Parking Ticket

We will notify you the outcome of your application within 3 working days. Upon approval, we will send you the season tickets within 5 working days.

Refund of Season Parking Ticket

We will notify you the outcome of your application within 3 working days.

Upon approval being granted and receipt of the original season parking ticket, we will make a refund to your company account within 14 working days.

Request for additional Season Parking Ticket

We will notify you the outcome of your application within 3 working days. Upon approval, we will send you the season tickets within 5 working days.

Jurong Island Pass Application

Service Standards

Collection of Permanent Pass at Pass Office
(Opening Hours: 0830 to 1700 Hours)

We will attend to you within 1 hour during peak hours (between 0830 to 1100 hours).

We will attend to you within 30 minutes during off peak hours (between 1100 to 1700 hours).

Collection of Visitor Pass at Pass Office (Opening Hours: 24 Hours)

We will attend to you within 45 minutes during peak hours (between 0700 to 1000 hours).

We will attend to you within 15 minutes during off peak hours.
