Generally, there will be 2 rounds of interview. The first interview will be with the hiring manager and a HR representative. During the interview, you will be asked specific questions relevant to the position. You will also be assessed for your organisational and motivational fit with JTC. The final interview will involve our Senior Management, usually the Director of the hiring division and the Assistant Director (Talent Attraction & Reward) from HR.
