JTC makes sure that the valuation of its industrial properties is responsive to the market. This is carried out by the Valuation Department which provides such valuations and other consultancy services to JTC's development and service groups so that they can acquire land at competitive prices & price their products accordingly. Valuation Department also supplies reliable information and timely reports on real estate at minimal cost.
