Disable Anti Pop-Ups softwares |

Depends on what kind of Pop-up Blocker is used. Usually it can be found on the Internet Explorer toolbar (area above the webpage) |
Internet Explorer version 6 (Service Pack 2), and above, comes bundled with a pop-up blocker that is defaulted to 'disallow pop-up'.
You must disable the pop-up blocker so that all pop-ups on Krypton, such as datepicker can work properly. |

Set web pages to refresh at every visit to the page |
At Internet Explorer Browser
Click Tools > Internet Options > General > Settings (under Temporary Internet Files portion)
For Check for newer versions of stored pages:, Select “Every visit to the page” |
This will ensure that the latest versions of the pages in Krypton will be reflected on users’ computer. Otherwise, drafts applications that have been saved and new announcements may not be retrievable or the pages may hang. |

Clear your computer's cache |
At Internet Explorer Browser
Click Tools > Internet Options > General
Under Temporary Internet Files portion, perform Delete Cookies, Delete Files and Clear History |
You are encouraged to clear your computer's cache or Temporary Internet File Folder before and after visiting sites, such as Internet Banking Portals and Krypton, where private information such as credit card and/or personal information have been keyed into the system. |

Allow display of Secured and Non-Secured pages

If you encounter a prompt that asks you whether to display Non-Secured pages, please select YES |
Krypton contains both secured and non-secured pages. You may not be able to view certain pages if you do not select YES when prompted. |
