JTC awards tender for industrial site at L14 Changi North Street 1

1 JTC Corporation (JTC) has awarded the tender for a 1.5-hectare industrial site at L14 Changi North Street 1 to the highest tenderer, Global Orion Properties Ltd.

2 The tender for L14 Changi North Street 1 was launched on 27 October 2006 and closed on 10 November 2006, with four bids submitted. The industrial site is on a 30-year lease. Other particulars of the awarded land parcel are as follows:
