JTC has posted higher net allocation for Prepared Industrial Land in 1Q2009. The quarter also saw healthy occupancy level for Ready Built Facilities.

The initial phase of the Jurong Rock Cavern project involving the construction of two access shafts and the start-up galleries is near completion. JTC is progressing onto the next phase — the construction of the caverns. The contract has been awarded to Hyundai Engineering & Construction. Click here for more details.

Update on Influenza A (H1N1) situation
- Notice to Customers

To fight against the spread of Influenza A (H1N1) in our community and reduce the risk of exposure of our staff and visitors to the virus, we would like to seek the co-operation of our JTC tenants and lessees to meet the guidelines set by Ministry of Health on Influenza Pandemic Preparedness.

As part of our relief measures for customers, we have temporarily lifted the 50% Subletting Quantum cap until 31 December 2011 to help businesses ride out the current downturn.This means that customers may sublet up to 100% of their Gross Floor Area (GFA) till 31 December 2011. However, customers are required to comply with the 50% subletting cap with effect from 1 January 2012.
