Today, the business environment is changing rapidly. JTC reviews our policies and guidelines regularly where we proactively engage customers for feedback and ideas, to understand their business needs and concerns better. The guiding principles for reviewing our policies will focus on moving away from the traditional 'one size fits all' approach and regulating with a lighter touch.
