Guidelines for Carpark
For carpark estates that are managed by JTC, you may apply online via Krypton for the following car parking transactions:
New Season Parking Ticket
The number of season parking tickets that you can purchase will depend on your company’s eligibility as decided by the Corporation. You may check on your eligibility by logging into Krypton. Season parking tickets can be purchased for a minimum period of 1 month up to 3 months.
You will need the following information to complete the application:
- Vehicle registration number e.g. SGD5678Z
Renew Season Parking Ticket
You may apply to renew the season parking tickets for a minimum period of 1 month up to 3 months. You are encouraged to apply to renew your season parking tickets at least 2 weeks before it expires.
Additional Season Parking Ticket
The number of season parking tickets that you can purchase will depend on your company’s eligibility as decided by the Corporation. Season parking tickets can be purchased for a minimum period of 1 month up to 3 months
You will need the following information to complete the application:
- Vehicle registration number e.g. SGD5678Z
The assessment to allot the season tickets would be based on availability, receipt of full payment and also up to discretion of the Corporation. If you are requesting for more than 1 additional ticket, you should list them in order of priority.
For all the above types of Season Parking Ticket applications, JTC will notify you the outcome of your application within 3 working days. Upon approval, we will send you the season tickets within 5 working days.
Replace Season Parking Ticket
You may apply for replacement of season parking ticket for either the entitled or the additional season parking ticket. The administrative fee payable per replacement of season parking ticket is $5.00 plus GST at the prevailing rate. JTC will notify you the outcome of your application within 3 working days. Upon approval, we will send you the season tickets within 5 working days.
Refund Season Parking Ticket
If you intend to terminate your existing season parking ticket before it expires, you can apply to claim a refund of the season parking fee for the unused period. You will need the following document to complete the application:
- Original season parking ticket
After the application for refund is submitted, the original season ticket should be mailed to the following address:

JTC will notify you the outcome of your application within 3 working days. Upon receipt of the original season parking ticket and JTC's approval of your application for the refund, we will make the refund to your company account within 14 working days.
All applications are subject to final approval by JTC at JTC’s discretion (including any terms and conditions that JTC may in its discretion impose with such final approval).
All tickets are issued subject to JTC's right to prematurely terminate such tickets by no less than 14 days' notice. In the event that JTC elects to prematurely terminate any ticket, JTC shall refund to you such amount of money as it deems fit for the unexpired balance of the ticket.
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, JTC shall have the sole and exclusive right to receive, process and approve all applications according to such qualifying criteria as it deems fit and may at its discretion, reject any application or terminate your use of the website services as appropriate.
We retain the right, at our discretion, to modify, delete, edit or withdraw any part, component or all of the online request facilities at any time, or stop, restrict or suspend the same in relation to you or any other user(s) without being liable for any costs, expenses, losses and/or damages incurred by you or any other user(s) whatsoever.
