- Notice of Mortgage or Charge
You can create a mortgage or charge in respect of your JTC property by submitting a Notice of Mortgage or Charge in accordance with our Practice Circular dated 8th September 2008. The Notice may be sent by post (ordinary, registered or LUM), courier or facsimile to JTC's Legal Department. If a facsimile copy is sent, it is not necessary for a confirmation copy to be sent by post. The fax number of JTC's Legal Department is 68855884.
