Termination of Tenancy

Termination of tenancy refers to the discontinuation of tenancy either prematurely, upon expiry or due to abandonment of premises. If you should terminate your tenancy with JTC prematurely, you are required to submit your application online via Krypton, at least 2 months before the proposed termination date.

All applications are subject to JTC’s consent.   Such consent may be granted with terms and conditions imposed by JTC in its discretion.
