Use of Premises as Registered Address

The registered office or address of a company is the address that the company has registered at the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).

Using the address of your JTC premises as a registered office or address for an affiliated business, without prior approval from JTC may be construed as illegal subletting. Please obtain approval from JTC before doing so.
