Step-by-Step Guide to Change of Company Name

STEP 1	Submit the request for change of company name to Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)  for approval via BizFile.
STEP 2	Upon ACRA's approval, please notify JTC of the name change online via Krypton within 1 month from the date of change.
STEP 3	JTC will notify you of the outcome within 3 working days.
