Self-Evaluation Checklist

1.   Is my remaining lease term 15 years or less?

2.   Proposed Usage:

a. For Industrial Lessees - Is my proposed usage of the site primarily for industrial activities and not for the purpose of offices,
    
showrooms, storage, and warehousing unrelated to industrial use?

b. For Warehousing Lessees - Is my proposed usage of the site primarily for warehousing activities and not for the purpose of offices,
    showrooms, and storage unrelated to warehousing use?

3.   Can my proposed plans:

a. Meet the Urban Redevelopment Authority's 60:40 rule for space utilisation?

b. Fully utilise my site(s) and do I have under-utilised land area that can be returned so that I can achieve higher land use intensity?

4.   Can I meet the minimum Gross Plot Ratio for the proposed lease renewal?

5.   Am I presently NOT in breach of any terms and conditions in the lease, such as rental arrears, illegal subletting,
      unauthorised structures, etc.

If your answer to any of the above questions is "No" or if you need any further clarification, please contact your Lease Management Officer-in-Charge for advice. Otherwise, please proceed to submit your application for our evaluation.
