Step-by-Step Guide to Renewal of Tenancy
| STEP 1 |
You will receive a reminder from JTC to submit application for renewal of tenancy online via Krypton for our consideration.

| STEP 2 |
Login to Krypton to apply for renewal of tenancy online.

| STEP 3 |
Submit the following documents and make payment to JTC within 2 weeks:
a) Acceptance letter
b) Deposit (Cash, Insurance or Banker's Guarantee)
c) Cheque payment for stamp duty
d) Cheque payment for 1st month's rental and service charge, if applicable
e) Reinstatement deposit, if applicable

| STEP 4 |
You will receive an acknowledgement letter from JTC. JTC will notify you of the outcome within 3 working days.

Note: Online renewal application is currently only applicable for flatted factories, ramp-up and business buildings (except iHub and Enterprise).
