Obtaining CBPU and PUB clearances

Please ensure that you have obtained clearances from Central Building Plan Unit (CBPU) and Public Utilities Board (PUB), if applicable, if there is a change or extension of use arising from the transfer. Please obtain these clearances before submitting your application to JTC.

Please apply directly to CBPU and PUB for clearances. If your application is approved by JTC, you will be required to submit the letters of clearance and a copy of your application form submitted to CBPU and PUB for verification.
