Paying your Bills

Paying your bills with JTC is designed to be a hassle-free process.

Payment period
For your convenience, we have extended a 14-day grace period for payment of your monthly rental and other charges. If you prefer to make payment via Interbank GIRO, you have another 7 days' grace period.

Payment options
You have a choice of several payment options: GIRO, cheque, cash, NETS, CashCard or FlexiPay.

• Payment by GIRO is the most convenient way to avoid late payment charges. You also get to enjoy a longer payment period as GIRO deduction is made on the 21st of each month. Click here for the GIRO Form.
  
  
• You can also pay your JTC bills online using FlexiPay - a GIRO-On-Demand payment solution, supported by the Ministry of Finance. This service is currently offered by 38 government agencies for 130 e-services.
  
  All you have to do is to carry out a one-time sign up of a Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA) Form with any major banks. You can proceed to make online payments to any of the participating government agencies offering FlexiPay. Payment authorisation is done using your SingPass and there is no need to open any internet banking account to use this free facility.
  
  
• Payment by cheque, cash, NETS or CashCard can be made at our Contact Centre located at the JTC Summit. You can also mail your cheque via post addressed to our Billing and Collection Section. When making payments at the Contact Centre, please bring along a copy of your latest Statement of Account.
